We are a 5300 sq ft training facility located at the southern entrance of Flower Mound. Just 7 mins from DFW Airport. We offer Group Fitness Classes, CrossFit, Personal Training, Olympic Lifting, Sports Conditioning and more. Fun community with amazing like minded people who want to get and stay in the best shape of their life. We thrive on positivity encouragement and lifting each other up. Anything is possible here!!! Showers in both men's and women's bathrooms as well as lockers. Full HVAC for the dog days of summer when it's dangerously hot out we keep our members cool and on those frigid winter days rest assured we'll keep it 65-70 in here!
